NO MORE EXPENSIVE GROOMERS!
My two husky/retriever mixes have the thickest double coat ever! And boy do they shed! I used to spend $100s on groomers each time I had them shaved...but no more! These Pet HQ Clippers are fantastic and so easy to use! I'd never used clippers before and was hesitant to try my skills, but my fears were allayed almost instantly. The kit even comes with directions on how to cut if you need help. These beach dogs have to be shaved and they have to be pretty! BONUS: If you discover a problem like I did, just reach out to their Product Support. I did and had a courteous and helpful reply within 24 hours even though I reached out on the weekend and they were in Australia...half the world away! They gave me a quick solution and I am one happy camper. Do yourself a favor and start saving money on grooming expenses. If I can do it and make it look this good, you can too! Did I mention I shave them in the floor of my living room? I just sweep up the giant piles of hair into the trash can and vacuum up the rest of the loose hairs. And no one knows that my living room is my grooming office! Well maybe they do now...

Doesn't cut thick hair. Update.
Amazon did give me partial refund. I also got to keep. Not that I can use them. But it was beyond the 30 days. Amazon customer service did what they could do.Basically. I bought this in March for mypyrenee's dog. I had to wait until the weather. Stop getting cold. It finally did and I could not get them to cut at all. I would have to hold the hair up and push-up against it. There's no way it would get the mats that he had in his hair which weren't horrible, but they were there. And that's why I bought these more expensive ones. Of course, it has been over the 30 days so now I cannot get a refund on them and have not used for 5 minutes. I tried to and they just would not work at all even pulling the hair up and putting it up against it. My Andi clippers cut it way better than they did. My andi clippers are small and cordless. Do not buy if your dog has any hair thickness at all.

Worked pretty good, but broken teeth on first use
Worked great at first, shaving a sheepdog. Towards the end, clippers weren't cutting as good and had to keep going over spots, then noticed several broken teeth on head

Buena calidad
Buen producto, pero se calienta mucho, no es adecuado para usarlo durante mucho tiempo, irrita la piel de los animales.

Worth the price
Pet and Livestock Professional Clippers: 25Jul19I have 11 dogs, 5 of which are very hairy with double coats. Some are long haired breeds which need to be clipped every other month except for January thru March. Other dogs have double coats (an under fur and a top hair coat). In the last two years I have gone thru two electric and 4 battery operated clippers with an average cost of $45 each (some were more and some were less) but none of the battery ones lasted longer than 6-10 months before they failed. One electric clipper totally died but the other electric clipper has gone dull and won't cut and I can't find replacement blades for it.As soon as I received this clipper I started on a matted, long haired dog that needed a summer cut. It took me a while to get used to these clippers as they are heavier than the cheap ones, are more noisy than battery operated ones and the blade gets hot. But these clippers really do the job! I was able to shave off most of the mats on the back and sides in two passes, clip the butt area and the tail, under the chin, and half way down the legs. I had to use scissors on the lower legs and paws. I used the clippers to thin the outer ear hair but had to scissor the mats off the under side of the ears. I did turn the clippers off occasionally to let it cool down, but I just trimmed the paws and clipped nails while I was waiting. The clippers come with oil which you must use about every 10-15 minutes to lube the blades; but you only need a drop or two. The cord is about 6 ft long. Cleaning is easy and it comes with a hard plastic storage case. At the current grooming price of $50 to $90 per animal, I only have to groom three animals and this clipper has paid for itself.Caution: These clippers are not for small dogs under 25 pds. The blade is too sharp and hot to groom little dogs of any breed. But, they would be good for use on goats or horses.
