Impressed
I'm not a small girl, so I was worried about this not fitting me, but it does with room to spare! (I'm 5'3 and 185 lbs.) Not only that, but it works very well on my rotator cuff tear.The injury is quite painful and having to hold ice packs to my shoulder is a pain in the a**.I will be ordering more of the ice packs, but wanted to make sure that this fit well before doing so.If you have any kind of shoulder injury, then I highly recommend this shoulder strap/ice pack.

Removable hot/cold pack is a great thing to have.
It's great that you have the option to use the pad either hot or cold. Heat in microwave for about 30-45 seconds and it's nice soothing heat. Very adjustable for almost any size. Easily worn over a sweatshirt.

This can be used on either shoulder. Very easy to figure out and comfortable to wear.

Makes icing easy
Allows me to ice my shoulder and not have to sit there holding an ice pack for 20 minutes. I should have bought extra ice packs but that’s on me. It works well for exactly the reason I wanted .

Not plus sized friendly
It does work well - IF you can get it on. I can do the band around my chest but not the band around my arm. So, it only works so/so as it is not tight to my arm. I do recommend you buy an extra freeze pack so you can switch them out. The freeze packs are pretty handy overall.

Convenient to use!
This as a very smart design where you can put your ice pack into the shoulder. Easy to use and clever design. I were this after playing Water Volleyball. Had rotator cuff surgery last year and always ice my shoulder when I am done playing.

Comfortable
I was happy with the fit it is comfortable and I like that I can heat it or keep it in the freezer to ice it.

Not one size fits all
I purchased this for a damaged rotator cup. When it arrived I tried it on and it was so huge I could fit two more people in it with me. Do you think we are all the size of elephants? What about those of us who are underweight because of various diseases, etc., are we just ignored? Nothing is one size fits all!!!
