More than 50% of it is plain circles not shapes
I bought this shaped confetti which mentioned 4 shapes-hat glasses snitch lightning bolt for a Harry Potter craft for a school. What arrived is a bag mostly filled with plain black circle confetti which isn’t how it’s listed and not worth $8.
