I ended up returning this.
The size and design appeared great. Only one side of mine worked and the side that worked stung horribly. I may have just received a unit that slipped through any quality cracks as I believe it did not function as it should. I returned it and decided not to try another one. I can say it was easy to hold and use and was pretty, but I believe I received a damaged unit and thus I am unable to give a review based on functionality. I was not pleased with this purchase or the blotchiness the one working node temporarily caused to my face.

THEY SOLD ME THE DEVICE THAT IS NOT WORKING/USED/NO SERUM INSIDE!
THE PRODUCT IS NOT WORKING! THE SELLER SENT THE USED ONE INSTEAD OF NEW. THE BOX WAS NOT SEALED, NO SERUM INSIDE AND THE DEVICE ITSELF DOES NOT EVEN TURN ON!!! Wasted my time with this purchase

Doesn’t work
This item doesn’t work. I’d give it 0 stars. When it’s charged it won’t turn on.

I bought it months ago - haven't used it but my complaint is that it came without a charger. too late to return.
