Works great for removing dust from photographic negatives, and from the glass surface of my scanner. I thought about getting a narrower size which would have worked well for negatives, but this size works just as well and makes cleaning the scanner glass a quick operation. It greatly reduces the retouching work on scanned negatives. This is a great product.

I've only used this a few times, but so far it's a great tool. I frame my own work for galleries and contests, many of which will not accept glass, so I have to use acrylic. When the contact papers is pulled off the acrylic, it attracts whatever dust and tiny particles are around. This wisk works very well for removing them, quickly and efficiently.

Great for anti-static. Terrible for acrylic. I do framing and the acrylic has static so I thought I'd use this. But the fibers scratch the acrylic so it totally defeats the purpose (pretty much). So use a anti-static cloth for acrylic and use this for things like glass or something you don't care if it leaves little super tiny micro scratches...

After years of framing stuff I was always agitated by the dust that clings to the acrylic plexi glass when the protective film was removed. So I ordered this brush to help get rid of any stray dust. Well what do you kmow... It works!Just a couple of easy passes of this brush and the surface is dust free. Ready to frame in no time.Does exactly what it advertises.

It effortlessly lifts dust and specs and tiny debris from print stock, matting, glazing, etc. Our framed works are now spotless, even when examined with a magnifying glass. As other reviewers noted, this brush makes working with acrylic glazing far easier, as acrylic tends to attract dust and fiber particles with a strong static cling, and you do NOT want that on the inside of your finished frame! Even when using regular glass it can be a pain to thoroughly catch all the detritus before sealing it up. Not anymore!I recommend this brush along with the Kinetronics Anti-Static Gloves (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00016SGHM/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_2). I won't do any fine printing or framing without them again, and not just for clients.

If you've ever framed using acrylic, you know how difficult clinging dust and lint can be. This brush cleans the surface of the acrylic amazingly well, making it static-free. I also use it to dust off the matted photograph itself. Price from the Electronics and Computer Store was significantly less than other places and the shipping was quick. Very good deal!
