Q: Do anyone think these would look good on a 2001 Xj with a blue park coat color?

Yes. I have a 2001 xj with the steel blue pearl coat option and I love how the clear markers look. I’d also recommend replacing the bulbs underneath with a white led thought cause the og amber glow ruins it at night.

Q: Are these stamped DOT for use in states that require inspection?

Don't believe so. Throw in led amber bulbs, and the appropriate relay. It's a 20+ y/o vehicle, if your state inspection is that tough, you should move.

Q: Are screws included ?

No, and you shouldn’t need any unless you’re already missing the screws holding your headlights in

Q: Does water leak in them over time?

I’ve had them for a little over a year now and no moisture whatsoever. Just make sure the gaskets on your bulbs themselves are in good shape.
