HR Function is Slow and Inaccurate
This thing looks nice but isn't a very good heart rate monitor. Which is a bummer because I bought this exclusively for the heart rate function. The other features (sedentary warning, step tracker, etc.) were just nice-to-haves. The HR function was what I wanted, but it has two problems: it's slow and inaccurate. It's not a continuous readout of your heart rate. You have to manually wake the device up, switch over to the HR screen and then wait 20 seconds before it spits out a number. That's inconvenient sure, but I could deal with it if that HR readout was at least accurate. It's not. I've only had this thing for two days and can already confirm it's readings are all over the place. I'll be lying in bed, completely at rest, and it will give a reading of 108, then when I'm running up and down stairs pushing myself hard, it'll say 68. I've manually taken my HR multiple times when the reading on the device seemed off, and sure enough it was. Sometimes way off. And sometimes despite multiple attempts during a workout, it could not produce an accurate reading. So, for my purposes this thing is basically useless. I'd return it if I could. The one nice thing I'll say is that it looks pretty stylish and is fairly comfortable. But it's just a watch. You get what you pay for I suppose. Oh well.

Best Smart Watch Ever!
Now to be honest, I was never really into these "smart" gadgets and thought I was perfectly fine with just my basic watch that could only tell the time and date but boy was I wrong. I recently got a puppy and needed a way to track how many steps and miles we walked each time during the day. So I went on Amazon and saw this neat gadget for a cheap price. The item came immediately as promised and I charged the product. In order to charge the device, all you do is pull/remove the right side of the band and insert the usb into any usb port such as on your computer or a usb wall charger. To my surprise, the device charged within a few minutes and was ready to be used. I downloaded the app and it synced to my phone breeze in seconds. The app is great and provides all the instructions within itself on how you want to program your watch such as if you want to allow camera access for taking pictures, if you want sms alerts from texts and third party apps that are installed on your phone. At first, I thought there was no way this device would be able to alert me when I received messages but it was able to alert me when I got messages from whatsapp, messenger, and basic texts even and not just that, but it told me what the message even read. I was so pleased. In order to select the mode you want working on the device itself, you just tap the right side button until you reach the setting you want to use. The first setting tells you the time and date, the next one calculates your heart rate, next one is to calculate your number of steps actively and to activate it, you just hold it down for 3 seconds and a vibration happens letting you know it is ready to be used. I started my walk with my puppy and amazingly, it accurately calculated each new step I took and gave me the number of steps I took, the total distance I walked along with the amount of time as well.I am thoroughly pleased with my purchase and definitely recommend this product to all my friends and family, and everyone else who is reading this review. Another great thing is that these come in a variety of colors to choose from such as black, blue, green, and purple, not restricting you to only one color choice. A great product indeed!

Does what my wife's Fitbit does...at a fraction of the cost
A bit skeptical about a fitness tracker with heart monitor for just $26.99. I've used it for a week now and can't find anything wrong with it. It looks and performs exactly like my wife's considerably more expensive Fitbit. Certainly doesn't look cheap or like an imitation. Step calculations seem accurate. Heart rate is pretty accurate; not perfect, but hey it's $26.99. Syncs with the VeryFitPro as well as or better than my wife's Fitbit syncs with its app...If you want to see see if wearing a fitness tracker is for you without shelling out a bunch of money, I highly recommend this one.

Good for those who don't want to spend big bucks!!
This is honestly a decent replacement for those who don't want to spend hundreds on the name brands. This fitness tracker has a heartbeat sensor, step counter, sleep monitor, calorie counter, and more. However, I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars for two reasons. For one, the app for this is kind of bad. It's okay when it wants to work but they could have done a better job. It does what it is intended to do though. Secondly, the band for the fitness tracker can very easily get a lot of wear and tear. I wear mine to work where it has endured a lot of dirt, grime, and dust. I am in need of a new band now which, luckily, is possible to purchase if your band gets messed up or if you simply want another color. Other than that. I have no real complaints about this. It's good for the price!

Not really worth it if you're looking for an accurate heart rate monitor during exercise.
moderately comfortable, easy to pair, easy to read - The inactivity monitor was nice to have, though. It would change screens if I accidentally touched my own skin with the face of the watch, and even started the timer once (I couldn't get it to shut off after that, and had to plug it into the charger to get it to reset). However, it's completely inaccurate for heart rate and calorie tracking. I compared to a 2ndary heart rate monitor during exercise, my actual heart rate was 142 - this tracker showed 80.. then 120 then 90 then 114 then 70. As soon as I started to perspire the band could no longer register accurate results. (useless if you're trying to track heart rate and calories during exercise for fat burning).I'm returning it and will try another brand.

Works okay but I'm allergic to the band
This works okay. I really just bought it for the sedentary reminders so I wouldn't sit at my desk for hours at a time without getting up. I would still be using it but I am allergic to something in the band (latex maybe?). I am looking for a metal or a leather bad so I can wear it again. I don't think it is particularly accurate but it generally helpful in letting me know that I need to be taking more steps.
