My son got this for me as my fav laptop conked out. I started to canabalize it for parts and destroyed the original keyboard due to my ignorance with disassembly. He rescued the laptop from and and was able to get it going except for the keyboard. He chose this keyboard and it works perfectly. He also replaced the hard drive and other parts, but that has nothing to do with the keyboard. But without it, I would not have been able to enjoy having my fav laptop back, better than ever. Highly recommended.

My Dell Inspiron was not performing at all. The owner of a local PC repair business suggested making a few changes, including increasing the RAM to the maximum and replacing the hard drive with an SSD. In the process of making those changes, I messed up the key board. I found this keyboard on Amazon. With the old keyboard removed from the laptop, it took MORE TIME to open the box than to install the new keyboard. It's a perfect replacement and I had the laptop up and running in about 5 minutes. Since it is a totally new keyboard, rather than just repaired, the laptop also looks terrific!

Great product. Very easy to install and I don't know jack about tech. I'm sure you can handle it and be proud of yourself. The keys work beautifully so far. I just installed it. I will update if any issues arise.

Ok replacement but key feel is mushy, not as good as original. Decent buy for the price but if I ever replace again I’ll try something better.
