Exceeded Expectations
The knife looks excellent and cuts real nice. The pictures don't do it justice. The tiny emblem on the handle is a nice touch too.

No es lo que se ve en la foto
En la foto se ve el veteado mรกs fuerte cuando llegos casi ni se ve el efecto Damasco, la verdad que estoy bastante descontento

This is not Damascus forged steel.
This knife is great, sharp and durable. It is NOT Damascus style forged steel, however. It's pressed or textured to appear like Damascus. A simple sharpening reveals that the metal is high carbon bar stock, most likely 1095 or something close.Having stated this, it's an inexpensive and attractive piece of cutlery that is pretty durable.
