The quick start included with this device did not show how to select channels. I first thought that this item was not compatible with our church's system. After downloading the online spec sheet from Listen Technologies I was able to select the correct channel.Works great now !!! Better instructions need to be included!

I bought two of these to expand our hearing assist system for the church. The original system came with four of these. We wanted to add two more. They worked with the existing system right out of the box, no configuration required. We've now gone back and ordered a couple more. Just charge them up and they work.

I bought one of these little guys to be an on-camera wireless "hop" receiver for film use. We're transmitting using a Comtex 216 MHz system, and as long as you choose a non-companded channel this little guy works great and is very unobtrusive. A HUGE improvement over the previous, bulky form factor.Be aware that it is internal rechargeable battery ONLY so if you forget to charge or run out during a shoot you're out of luck. On the plus side, you can always wire the USB charging port to a P-tap with a small regulator and you're running all day!
