I got this blanket for a Christmas present for myself, and I started using it the beginning of January off and on, and now it doesn’t work at all, I contacted Racheal with customer service and she replaced my blanket immediately, I love companies that values my money and shows me it’s about good experiences.❤️❤️❤️

Defective. I will be requesting a replacement. Never buy a heated blanket without a warranty. Years ago, heated blankets would last many many years!! Seems nothing is made of high quality anymore. But the price sure makes you think it is. This is the 3rd blanket I bought, in less than 3 years, from Amazon, that is defective!! But this is a different brand than the last one. So I will be giving this one another shot. I’ll update on the replacement when I get it.((((The last brand I bought was defective & replaced with a defective replacement by Amazon not seller. And I couldn’t get a replacement from the seller because the sellers were unreachable. Many customers complained & reported to Amazon. The seller also contacted customers & requested them to change their reviews. So the reviews are manipulated!! Not honest! That’s a shady company at best!! No they need to have contact information on their product & they don’t. It’s a circus! Amazon still allows this company to sell defective blankets. Amazon did replace the first one but refused to replace the second. I lost $130 on that blanket!! They were both defective & both weren’t working right from the start. And we’re broken by 90 days. They never gave me a refund. Or a third replacement. Even with a warranty & my review!! So always get a warranty!!))))Comfort: Very soft & comfortable. Except for the plug & cord laying on your chest!! Uncomfortable.Quality: Defective right from the first use. The heat is spotty. Only felt heat on certain spots of the blanket. Mostly by the feet & the side that slips off of the bed. I’m constantly pulling up the side that does work to put the part that works onto my body. I can’t flip it to use the good side because the controller would be between me & my partner!Value for money: Even if it worked I would still say no value because the blanket is supposed to be a queen. It is not.Also the plug & cord is at the top of the blanket! I have had heated blankets for 30 years. Never have I ever had one with the plug sitting on top of my chest!! What?!! Not comfortable.The cord is extremely short! You have to sleep with the plug on your chest to be able to use the controller while in bed. The plugs are usually at the foot of the bed & the cord & controller run up the side of the bed up to the head of the bed. Nope!! Not this.If you put the plug to the foot of the bed, you can’t reach the controller without having to get up out of bed & go to the foot of the bed to change the temp or time etc… !?! So it has to lay on your chest. Why?!Temp control: doesn't seem to be working. The heat distribution is spotty & only works at the foot & one side. Also the controllers set time seems to shut off before the designated time sometimes.It’s defective. Requesting replacement soon.I do have a warranty & plan on returning it soon. But I got it for health issues. And I’m just in too much pain to send it back right now. Some heat, even spotty is better than none. I can’t wait to get a new one. I hope it works correctly next time.Don’t forget to buy a warranty with this!! Or any other heated blanket!! Don’t risk buyers remorse & wind up with a defective blanket. Hopefully this was just a fluke. I need a good quality working heated blanket. Hoping the next one isn’t defective. Thank you.

Blanket heated only one side, seller was quick to offer a replacement and was quick to respond to the issue which was great considering my 9 year old used his own money to purchase and was very excited to receive.

Updating my review. Customer service is excellent!! Contacted me immediately and gave me credit, would recommend this company based on their costumer service.I am sending this back as I needed an electric blanket for my bed not a heated throw!! It is super soft and silky so much so everything slides off my bed. And it throws a lot of heat, but am returning because of above.5/19/23 I did not end up sending it back, the company contacted me because of this review and offered to replace or make right with a gift card! So VERY good customer service now 5 stars

Finally replaced my 30 year old heated blanket. This one is like a Corvette compared to my old one. It is nice and light and soft and heats up fast. The only thing I don’t like is where the control ends up when u put it on the bed. The control ends up in the middle of the blanket , so I might have to put the plug in at the top of the bed instead of the bottom, but overall much better than my old blanket. Great buy for the money.

I LIKED THE SOFTNESS OF THE BLANKET. I DIDN'T LIKE THAT IT STOPPED HEATING AFTER 5 MONTHS. I KEPT THE BLANKET IN THE SAME SPOT ALL OF THE TIME. I ONLY USED IT WHEN LOOKING AT TV. IT WAS MY OWN PERSONAL HEATING BLANKET. MY FEET GET REALLY COLD,SO I BOUGHT THIS BLANKET TO MATCH MY BACK REST. WHEN IT STOPPED HEATING I THOUGHT OMG... I DON'T WANT TO PURCHASE ANOTHER ONE. IT HAD NEVER BEEN WASHED. IS THIS SOMETHING THAT USULLY HAPPENS WITH THIS PARTICULAR BLANKET? I HAD A DOUBLE HEATING BLANKET THAT STOPPED HEATING . I HAD IT OVER A YEAR. I WOULD THINK ANY BLANKET WOULD LAST LONGER THAN THIS DID. I GREW UP WITH MY GRAND MOTHER HAVING AN ELECTRIC BLANKET. IT LASTED FOR YEARS, EVEN AFTER HER DEALTH IT WAS STILL HEATING. I WAS GROWN AND IT STILL WORKED. MAYBE THINGS JUST DON'T LAST AS LONG ANYMORE.

Warm and perfect sized, but stopped turning on after using for just a couple weeks. Still within the 30 day return period.
