The media could not be loaded.  It is so quiet compared to the one I used to have. It is fairly small though so I would recommend it only for dwarf hamsters which is what I have. The assembly was not too bad compared to what people were saying. I can list instructions down below:1. Place one flower outside of the cage where you would like the cage to be situated. 2. Place the spinning screw mechanism on the INSIDE of the cage and connect it to the flower on the outside. 3. Take the wheel and attach the back of it it to the spinning mechanism on the inside, making sure to align the square piece to the square opening on the wheel. 4. Hold the wheel in place and screw on the last flower piece to the inside of the wheel.

Ordered late December and has already broken. No misuse and no damage, just plain running in it broke it. I would like a replacement if possible.

Bought this cause my other hamster wheel broke. Barely any sound while running. Easy to install. Easy to clean. Good product. Great price.

I ordered this for my grandson as his broke. I read the dimensions and noticed it said it was a good size for Guinea pigs. There is no way a Guinea pig would fit in this wheel. It does work okay for the hamster.

We have 4 pet mice and needed an extra wheel, this came in handy and so easy to put on

It’s pretty self explanatory. It has a pictures on how to set it up. It is tricky because the pieces you twist together have to be twisted individually. You can’t just twist on the front piece and then twist on the back. It works though. I’m using it for my hermit tank. I hope they like it. It is quiet.
