I have a small alterations business and I purchased this to use to steam the garments that I alter. This is a huge waste of money. The steam barely comes out and it leaves your garments with huge wet spots. More water comes out than steam. Each "function" operates the same so there is absolutely zero difference between the settings. Very disappointing product. This steamer barley works. My travel size hand held provides more results than this. For the price of this steamer, it should work 20x better but it does not.

At first this steamer was pretty cool. It heated up fast and the different type of steaming options were great. I purchased this 5 months ago, but 3 months ago it started having less and less steam coming out. Now I'm in month 5 and my water tank is ruined it literally melted and changed the shape so it no longer holds water and I can't find a replacement one.

Item is exactly as pictured, easy to assemble and use. The vendor is quick to respond with any questions about the product.

I initially was a fan of this product. Its not noisy and the steam was powerful. However, It’s heavier than expected and to be frank, I don’t use the flat ironing board like I think I would. It’s wobbly and the added accessories like where to hook on the hose/handle don’t stay on. I’m really disappointed that after four months use (and strictly only using distilled water), it’s already breaking. It barely lets out any steam now. I would hope this is under warranty bc four months use doesn’t seem justifiable for the price…

Bought it nearly three months ago. The hose is exposed and the handle is very hot.
