The media could not be loaded. I bought this to replace the factory radio in my work truck. It’s a 2008 and didn’t have the CarPlay feature. This was a great deal so I thought and it came with two cameras. A front camera and backup camera. While the radio worked decent at first. It’s now been a month in and using it every day.I got into my truck this morning and the screen wouldn’t turn on. I checked the wires and everything is tight. No loose connection.I tried turning it off and back on. You could hear sound and touch the screen to feel it responds to your touch. But you can’t see what you’re doing.So in the video you will see the issue. I tried a few different things I thought about. It never came on. Now the chance to return it has expired and no longer offered. I’ll try to reach out to the company that makes this product for answers. If I get one that may help someone in the future. I’ll add it on here.So I contacted the SjoyBring manufacturer. They went above and beyond to help me out with my issues. I was emailing and messaging them on Facebook messenger. The people involved in helping me was really nice and very knowledgeable. They walked me through the process of installing the update I needed onto a flash drive and then installing it on the radio. I’m not a computer guy. So I must say that I might have over looked a few steps. Once I realized after talking with customer support. My radio took the update and sounds better than it did when I purchased it. Music is a huge part of me and I also like the features of the front and rear cameras. Also it has Apple CarPlay and Android Audio. This is why I chose to purchase this one. The price was where I wanted to be for an upgrade to the factory CD player I had.If you are not experienced in replacement of your factory radio. I’d recommend a professional. It’s definitely worth the time to let someone else do it for you. If you’re up for a challenge like me. It’s an easy install minus the rear camera. I’d like to maybe see them make it a wireless feature in the future of designs. Running the wire the length of a F-550 with an 11.5ft bed had me a little nervous I was going to run out.I know this was a lot to read and I was all over the place. If you read this review in its entirety. Give this product a try. I know I definitely will look into their other products just because of the service and help I receive every time I sent a question to them. They responded fast and it’s a real person. Just put this SJoyBring A018 into my Toyota Highlander (2005, with JBL) a week ago, and I am having joy rides every time I hop into the car ever since.First of all, installation is easy. The Head Unit is a standard 7" Double DIN. It would fit into most of American cars. Make sure you get a dash kit for your vehicle. I have to purchased a dash kit (Metra 95-8202) to fill up the gap on both sides, and it fits perfectly.The Steering Wheel Control of the unit is the resistor type. After connecting the SWC wires from the car, you can use the SWC in the Setup menu to program the function of the buttons. I don't use the Mode button very often. But now I change the Mode button to Mute. It works so well for me.The PhoneLink works with AutoLink or Android Auto if you have an Android phone. I've tried both and they all work as described. Android Auto works with Whatsapp. Unfortunately it does not work with another favorite social media app that I use most. But this is a problem of Google, not the Head Unit.The front Dash Cam is a 720p, and the video quality is not very good to be used as a dash cam. But it would be a great cabin cam or rear cam for casual use. I have a much better dash cam anyway.To change the boot logo or wallpaper, you have to send the picture to SJoyBring Customer Service, and they will return an image file to you to upload. Their Customer Service is quick and responsive. The upload process is simple.So far, I am very happy with the purchase. I have seen some reviews describing reliability issue. I am yet to see how long my unit will last.

Not hard to install. Touchscreen sensitivity could be better, but for the money a pretty decent unit. UDATE: Once installed I could not get the steering wheel controls to connect using the interface I purchased separately. After about a week or so, upon starting, the radio lost memory for the time, station presets, and a dim night screen - intermittently. At this point, I decided that, based on the price, I could still deal with this since it only occurred occasionally - about once a week or so. I purchased this several months ago and it hasn't been a bad unit, but yesterday morning upon startup, I lost all functionality. The screen was dark, nothing but loud static through the speakers, and the power button would not allow me to shut it off. Very annoying. Last night upon start-up, the screen flickered constantly with static and allowed me to turn it off. This morning, it came on and worked fine after resetting the time and stations again. At this point I'm pretty ell done with the unit and will be looking to replace it as there is obviously a problem with it and it is well past the 30-day return policy.

The media could not be loaded. This car stereo works great, I gave it 4 stars because the instructions don't help with installation on the front camera. I did contact Joybring and they gave me the information on wiring the front camera and they are good with communication. Besides that the sound quality is great and it works well with my steering wheel controls. The backup camera quality looks very nice, even better than some oem video quality. It really upgraded my 2002 Ford Focus. I still have to install it fully and try the front camera.

This radio is pretty good for the price. Good touchscreen, sound, and good feel overall. Doesn't feel cheap. Comes with decent front and back up camera as well, which works well and records in 720p, so not bad. So far no big issues. My only faults with it would be steering wheel control wiring and the phone link. It would be much better if it was a headphone style jack like most are. This radio requires you to hard wire 2 signals and a ground in to keep your steering wheel controls. As far as the phone link, it would be much better if you didn't have to physically connect the phone via USB for Android auto or car play. If that would work via Bluetooth, this would be an excellent radio.
