Q: Does this item fit into US electric plugs?

Yes. It's suppose to be use the lower Japanese voltage and I tried use to the step down voltage regulator. But found the slightly higher US voltage preformed better. Don't know how much additional wear and tear it puts on the motor or how long it will lasts. I use and then unplug.

Q: Where to buy a blade?

They can not sell only blade. if broken blade, you need hear to manufacturer.

Q: How big is the ice cup? 16 oz?

No… more like 6 to 8 ounces. You get 2 cups with the machine. What is left before shaving might be less because you have to melt the edges of the liquid in the cup to get it out of the plastic cup.
