Great for the Price - Recommended
This was very similar to another one I use with similar formula so expected reasonable results as have used that one for a long time and found this just as effective after using it for around two months now as io only use a very small amount o fresh scars for literally just two aggressive spots I picked at for awhile and has definitely help with healing quicker and leaving no pitted scar. Can't comment on older or deeper scars or surgery scars but for small recent marks and scars from picking spots is very effective and would recommend.

Some Benefit
I've been using this on an old surgery scar on the back of my left leg, which is quite a challenge for a cream, but it might be slightly better? It's rather difficult to tell. It's also possible that it isn't the cream itself that's helping, but rather the motion of stimulating the capillaries under the skin. It's not super expensive but a tub doesn't last very long.Update: after longer use the benefit is slightly more noticeable, but it seems you would need to use it for quite a long period of time to make a more long term difference. Even then it's hard to say whether it will last, or whether it simply softens the scar tissue for a short while.

Smells lovely
Smells good and soaks in well so it's pleasant to use. I have seen an improvement but it's a new scar so that could be happening with time anyway but it seems good enough that i'd buy more.

Gradual improvement
This cream for scars is easy to apply, absorbs quickly and has no scent. After a few weeks my wife can see a slight improvement in the scarring left on her leg from a deep cut, will continue using daily.

Does lighten and smooth scar tissue, but does not remove anything!
I have a few scars after a surgery earlier in the year, so I have been using this cream religiously for the past 3 something months. The scars are a lot softer now and A LOT lighter, but they have not disappeared. Having said that, there is an effect still , and a good one!
