The media could not be loaded.  What’s not to like about this product or company, easily to install and operate. I did have some difficulty with the 1st set I purchased, one of the set of lights wasn’t working so I contacted the company for some assistance. Within 30 mins I received a response with some trouble shooting options but was able to get the second up and going. No questions asked, they sent me another set which arrived within 2 days. I installed the second set around our pool without any issues. I’m writing this review based on the support and amazing customer service that I received. Lydia (customer service rep) emailed me daily until the replacement set arrived and to make sure the lights were working properly. 5 star customer service and product ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I’m purchasing a few more sets and recommend this to a few of my neighbors.

Worked great…. Until it rained. Started with a few lights going out then after a quick repair, they worked for a second then all went out. Absolute junk!

The media could not be loaded.  I love the options on these lights. Haven't hooked up to the app yet. My only gripe..... 2.4g not 5g. So everytime I want to use the app to control the lights, I'll have to switch from 5g to 2.4. Otherwise I would've given it 5 stars!

The box that is shown is different than the one that I received with my order. I can't find anywhere on the lights, box, or instructions that say they're suitable for outdoor use or are IP65 rated. I bought these for my outside deck to put under the railing. I guess I'll update after the first rain.*5/30/22 Edit.* (Added 1 star).Installed the strip, the adhesive is amazing. Stuck well to the underside of a weathered deck railing. Had to cover the connection box and wiring with weather proof tape, so that kind of destroyed the remote distance. I have to stand about 2 ft away from it to use it, and press the buttons several times to change any settings. Not sure if this is because of all the tape or the remote just isn't that good. It has rained a few times and the lights still function well. I would imagine this set is amazing for inside use. It will hold up for now until I get actual outdoor light strips that don't require waterproofing any part of it. Lastly, the seller responded quickly to any questions I asked via here and email, and that always gets points with me.

I have several different types of led strips and these ones don’t disappoint. I gave this set to my brother because only half of his room has led lights, we removed the old strip and used this one instead and it was long enough for his whole room, with extra left over!

Absolutely terrible!!! These say they are waterproof and they are NOT... I didn't even get to use these lights 2 times before certain sections of lights quit working, now after only having them up for a little over 2 weeks, they don't work at all!!! Junk! Waste of $

Love this product, the lights work great and SO many cool features! Automation at is finest!
