When item arrived box was damagedPart of the bears hair was stuck to the plastic bag No documentation was with the bearWill order straight from Charlie bear next time worth the extra money

Love my Hilary bear just disappointing that she came just in a cardboard box with a bit of brown paper thought she would at least have a bag when paying a £125.00 she is beautiful which makes up for the poor packing would have been 5stars but for the packing
