The media could not be loaded. Firstly I was really happy with the design. It was much more beautiful than in the photos.Very nicely packaged and feels good quality. Comes with 2 matching straws, straw cleaner and lid.Can be used to sip hot drinks - it doesn't pour into your mouth too quickly - or for cold drinks with the straw.Only leaks if you tip it upside down and then it only drips slowly.I only want to use this to keep fizzy drinks cold, so decided to do a side by side test with a pint of cold water. Has kept the water so much colder, and these results were after 4 hours - see photos.Less than half price as the popular alternative too.Highly recommended.

Didn't realise just how huge this thing would be! I was cautious as the plastic lid isn't designed to keep hot drinks hot but so far it's worked fine, I did only half fill it when I got it so that might be part of the reason. I got it so when I'm working an all day shift I can drink coffee from home, work has skimmed milk which I can't stand generally, so I reckon this will last me most of the day.Did try the straw but it made my coffee have a funny after taste but it'll probably work better with water. I do like the cover for the hole for the straw, I've had cups with a small hole to let the steam out when I'm drinking and the coffee has spilt out and ended up o nmy face a bit so at least it won't happen with this cup. Did learn this morning you do want the lid cover open when you're putting the lid on otherwise the steam stops the lid slotting in properly.It just about fits the cup holder in my ecosport but it can get in the way of the handbrake. Slightly frustrating as I don't think you can lie it down anywhere as the lid isn't leak proof.Overall I like it, plenty of room for any drink and the hand makes it easier to carry, part of the reason I bought it. So far it's done a much better job of keeping my coffee hot than I thought it would so it's a keeper.

I use this for going work early I make a brew in it about 430 still lovey and warm at 9 seems sturdy and is very pretty

This cup is the best for a teacher. Keeps my tea and coffee warm for hours. Never have to drink a cold cup again!

Beautiful mug! Love the size and the stainless steel inside. Came with 2 straws but unfortunately the straw brush wasn't included, therefore I can't use the straw yet.If the seller sees this, can you pls provide me a straw brush or I can exchange for a new package with a straw. Haven't used the mug yet so can't tell how long drinks stay cold or hot.

07 Nov 2023 UPDATE:The seller reached out to me through Amazon and sent me a new tumbler. It is completely unexpected and much appreciated. This new tumbler is perfect! I've been using my previously purchased scratched one, so I know it's a great tumbler for my hot herbal tea! I have updated my rating to include this new information.Previous Review:It's really pretty, but unfortunately, the scratch is on the pretty side near the design at the top. I can't feel the scratch, so it's not in the clear top coating. It's in the actual color of the design. They knew it was damaged when they made it. It's sad to me that a company would send out a clearly flawed product. This tells me not to bother returning it for another because, like other reviewers, I might get one that's actually dented or with a cracked cover. At least mine is useable and I got it on sale for 15% off.Also, the rubber padding on the bottom was hurriedly stuck on, so it is crooked and coming off slightly. That can easily be remedied with some super glue so no bother, just important to note. Finally, the cover is not snug enough and it leaks. I bet if I knocked it over when it was full, the pressure would pop the top off. It's a cheaper version of the better tumblers, so you get what you pay for. I have more expensive tumblers, but the pink lilies are REALLY pretty!

Bought this for my student daughter and it has been carried around with her ever since she got it. Loves it. Big but not enormous, it provides her daily intake of H2O

This product is amazing. They look good with lots of different colours. I use mine for tea and Coffee and it keeps it hot for about 6 hours, warm for a few hours longer.The outside if it stays cool as does the straw which loses heat very quickly without losing heat from the drink.Easy to clean as well****** Update *****The cup lasted 6 months and then the inside went corroded and the seal on top degraded abd came off.Not stainless steel just a coating !!!!5/10

Love the fact that you can use this tumbler for hot or cold beverages, haven’t tried it for a hot drink yet but for cold drinks it’s just great my water stays cold all day. The cherry blossom design is so beautiful and a big plus is that there is no condensation on the outside of the tumbler so no water droplets on the coasters or furniture. Very pleased with the quality of this item so I ordered 3 wine tumblers as well.

This is the best drinking glass/tumbler that I have tried. For years, I have been on the search for the ideal drinking glass. This is stainless steel, beautiful, keeps my water cold for over 24 hours, and there is no aftertaste which I have been getting From some of the other drinking glasses that I have tried. I love that it come with two stainless steel straws, and two tops. This glass is so ideal.

I already had one which my husband kept stealing so I bought this one so we each have one. The pink flower design is really pretty. It keeps drinks really cold, ice will even last through the night in it. I find I drink more water when I use it. I haven’t used it with hot drinks but it comes with a hot drink lid which prevents spills when taking it to the office. It has 2 metal straws which is great. Very happy with Thily tumblers, will recommend and buy again.

Love the colour and make. I use it mostly for coffee. I like that it came with straws and a cleaner. just be careful not to make it fall on its lid.... the lid is not leakproof so don't put it in your bag. the liquid will come out. it keeps warm stuff warm and cold stuff cold for a longer period. handy for office.

Love these cups. Keep my drink cold, easy to clean and no leakage. Don’t hesitate, buy them!
