Perfect fit...
I just purchased a used Wrangler TJ and the one that was installed was the wrong boot. I found this and it fit perfectly. The quality was right on, installing was easy the screw holes are cover by the rubber but that's a good thing it creates a water and air tight seal.

Fit correct for 99 tj
It fit like original except you need to keep old ones to drill bolt holes to attach. Other than looks and fits like original. Easy replacement even with drilling holes in base of inner shifter boot, took like 15-20 mins to install.

Well made and very flexible
I needed a boot to custom fit my CJ7 shifter that was out of the original location due to a small block Chevy engine swap. The boot has a sturdy base that can be contoured as needed. The boot itself is flexible enough that it does not impede shifting or try to pull the shifter out of gear. Worked well.
