I love this product. I actually wish the electrical pulse was stronger! Does it actually work? Maybe. I just don't seem to use consistently enough to know.

This product is weak! The 4 different options, in which only 1 works & the other 3 does nothing! No heat, vibration, lift??? I'm not sure if it's defective or like I said, it does nothing. Don't waste your money..

You do need to be cautious while using this - always use a serum or cream before applying this to your skin otherwise it won't work properly and may damage your skin. It works with light (LED) and High-Frequency VibrationsI am starting out slow with this device but have already noticed that my serum and creams are better absorbed with the heating element. The massage function is super relaxing and it is very easy to change between settings by tapping on the button. There are two buttons with the upper on to turn it on or off with a long push and quick tapping changes it to the different settings of importing (? - I think this is just a yellow light setting), lifting, anti-aging, and, eye care. The level button changes the intensity.I charged this with the enclosed USB cable (no brick) and it is still going strong for over a week with twice-daily use. The device is easy to hold and can be cleaned with a soft cloth and water. The directions state not to use this device for more than 4 minutes per use but I found that even a minute morning and night helps. It can take up to 8 weeks to see results with regular use.Light Emitting Diode (LED) masks emit varying wavelengths of light that treat different skin concerns.Amber light helps stimulate collagen and firm skin's elastin.Red light reduces inflammation and promotes blood circulation.Green light helps with discoloration and hyperpigmentation.This comes with the unit, base, USB cable for charging, (no brick), and instructions.

Your skin has to be damp with a serum for the various pulse/EMS/RF cycles to work properly, so you have to work in sections so the serum doesn't dry out. Easy to use. Can't say I've seen major changes to my skin, but it is very relaxing to use and helps serums penetrate.
