I add the multi vitamin to my daily routine and I only take two pills a day! I've noticed my hair and nails are growing stronger. I feel I have more energy too. I will defiantly purchase again.

I am a male, 5’10, 220lbs and I compete in body building.I split the serving to once a day and I’m still feeling great and full. Well made product and true results. I am still trying to adjust the dosage to the right fit for me. Maybe just three a day split throughout the day. The taste is okay, tastes like vitamins and smells like a mixture blend of vitamins. I take on an empty stomach in the morning and do not get the sick feeling. I highly recommend this brands products! Stay swole and fit my fellow brothers!

I am trying this for the first time because i am a supporter of the Bodyhealth amino acids.They have included on the label a number of claims, which has the list of what i think is the best formats for the Vitamins. However, the Minerals are mix are what i am going behind, given that chromium and vanadium is good for the dealing with cell responsiveness (and can help with sugar control) at the cellular level. They also put some Enzymes and the great milk Thistle, Dandelion root and some Lipoic acid to support the Liver.It just so well though of that you must somehow try it. Anyhow, I can always update when i give it a try.

I like the balance of vitamins in this blend. I take 2 once a day as I don't like taking vitamins at night in case they provide some sort of energy. That seems to work fine with these.

All vitamins in one. I feel great. So far so good.

Love these vitamins, they seem to make a difference. I started taking half in the morning and half at night seem to work well.
