Stemmy but beneficial!
There’s a few stems in the tea! Suggest pulling those out before brewing. Other than that this product is phenomenal for the price, and the flavour is much better of some other brands of similar pricing.What are the benefits of mullein? Well is a expectorant when brewed correct. What’s that? It’s opens up all your airways and promotes *healthy* coughing to help get rid of any excess mucus within your lungs or airways !! (Great for smokers)It’s calming effects will also mellow you out feeling relaxed! For the best brew I suggest 5 minutes with a honey to your liking (one spoon is enough for me)
