Work as intended - only caveat is they are hard to close and open, and they don't include instructions.Basically, turn it over, you can stick a screwdriver where the faceplate meets the base, and voila, the thing is open, and closing it is easy.Those little white pegs in the back of the base? Push them to each other, and push on the other end - this is the "lock" that keeps the whole mechanism closed. You can decide to keep using the screwdriver method or keep the lock disabled this way.

The dispenser was ok. However it's a little difficult to unfasten the dispenser to remove the air refreshener after the dispenser was closed. Some improvements should be done to make it easier to unfasten

Works great, but you may need two for a large room. The citrus scent is fantastic! Three stars for dispenser, five for refills.

Worked great. Got the refills a couple days later. Thanks for the quick shipping. Now I need another one since my room is so big. Lol

Great smell. Wish the scented refillers were less expensive but it's worth the price.
