Very Good Product from DEll
Ecconomically this is a very good student special laptop.Value for Money.Little bit heating issues.Otherwise ok..Not suitable for gaming .Overall this is a ver good laptop from Dell Inspiron 3000 series.I loved it and recommend for students study purpose.

Faulty product
I purchased this laptop recently and in 15 days i am suffering so many problems whenever i start it. I went to dell authorized service and they check this product on dell website and can't find this product " actually this product is not on dell website ( 256gb + 8gb ) they only have( 512 gb + 8gb) they told me that we can't help to your product contact amazon and amazon is also doesn't supporting me and i am suffering with this issuePlease don't buy this productAnd i will never buy a product with amazon because they doesn't helping me for a refund it is an expensive amount now i am bearing a heavy problem ..!

Heating problem after 8 hours or 10 hours
It's ok average product sometimes it's heating problem after 8 hours using and 10 or 14 hours using heating problem for this product

Don't buy from aishtag seller
I ordered dell laptop on 23oct at discounted price and now prices have changed so that i could re order the same item after returning.Issues with the laptops are as mentioned below.1) mismatch in serial number of laptop. (I.e different on body and window's my computer's properties)2) heating issue3) battery draining very fast4) laptop is very slow5) when i recieved laptop configurations were like 512gb ssd.after updating windows configuration changed to 256gb ssd and 1tb hdd. I told this to dell customer care they said it's unusual.Asked dell about warranty they said this serial number is not in their data base and there's no warranty on the laptop as of now.Now amazon team is arranging return of product rather than making it right by replacing with genuine product or by compensating the increased price.
