A Must Read for Everyone
I am not a DEI trainer, but I am very interested in expanding my DEI knowledge. I was excited when I found this book I think it's a must-read even if you do not work in the DEI field. I feel that I can apply the tools that I learned from this book in my personal and professional life to have more meaningful conversations and welcome different perspectives. This book is now in my go-to library, next to Adam Grant, Susan Cain, and Daniel Pink.
