Good but consistency now too thick to spray out
Pain varies individual to individual, but this does help my back problems (DDD - missing discs in spine), however as a repeat buyer the consistency changed a few months ago and now is too thick to spray out of the spray thing. I don't think the supplier has noticed or used their own products, which is a shame.The spray mechanism works if you put a thinner liquid in (sprays well when filled with water) and used to spray when I first bought it, so I' hoping the supplier actually reads this comment and reverts to the original liquid consistency. There's no point in having a spray mechanism if your liquid comes out in blobs.

Not easy to use
You think just spray and go but I’m quite disappointed with this product. Firstly triple sizes are like travelling sizes then spray won’t come out and sometimes hurt my fingers for trying so hard. Waste of money.
