Not a car person, but instructions were clear and it was easy to use!

There was an instruction manual which was extremely vague. The black paint pen is so hard to use. Gave me finger cramps while trying to use it. The putty is useless and peels off. The scratch paint repair and swirl did not do anything. After doing what I could, it looked even worse. I had to scratch it all off and paint it with black acrylic paint instead that I use just for it to look passable. I am very disappointed with this. Please DO NOT BUY as it is not worth your money!!Only positive thing is the seller shipped it right on time and it arrived in good condition.

This product is very easy to use. Make sure car is clean first or you'll waste product. The color matching was a little off but still lokes better than a long scratch on the car.

Product did not work for me

My car was in a major hail storm and the hood had dents everywhere. I decided to give this a shot and it really worked. You have to be careful not to get the hot glue on your skin, or it will pull the skin off with the glue. I learned that. Also, a few of the smaller ones didn't stick to the car and a couple of the larger ones I couldn't get unstuck from the car. Goo Off works great at getting the glue off. But all in all in did a pretty good job. It will take me a while to do as my first day I only got about half out before I became tired and cranky. I believe this will just be a job in process to whenever I feel like going out into the garage to do it. However, I did pretty good for a 66 year old granny. Very pleased on the cost of this versus the cost of taking it in to get done. It's not perfect, but you can really see a difference.

The only good thing was the paint and not even the brush just of Pen part because it was perfect for little black dots on my white car Other than that when I used the smear remover I had to wash it super fast because the white was completely different than my Toyota Corolla white so I only partly like this because other than saving my car from looking funny it looks a lot cleaner because there are no longer annoying mini black dots so like I said by the paint separately and that’s all you need

Not an easy to use

So, I was a bit skeptical but I figured after reading the reviews I'd give this kit a shot. After all it's better than spending a lot of money to repair. Trust me, I know I should get it completely repaired by a professional, but my budget is tight. Anyways, this kit was super easy to use. The tools were simple to use. The written instructions were somewhat helpful, but I mostly found the video way more helpful. I obviously still have a dent in the door, but I can live with that for now.For my purposes, I used the tape, primer, the 4-sided sander, the black paint and then the brightening/Anti-oxidation liquid to finish it off.For the end result, if you look at my car from far away you wouldn't even noticed, BUT if you're super close to it (aka car wash cleaning status) then you'll see the repair.Hope this review helps!
