Comfortable Replacement for Grado SR80
The original head band on my Grado SR 80s started cracking and coming apart, but the headphones themselves functioned perfectly, so I didn't see the need to throw the baby out with the bathwater. This is a perfectly satisfactory replacement (perhaps upgrade) to the original, factory bathwater. It snaps right on, fits well with these headphones and feels more comfortable than before.Time will tell if the products degrades in quality quickly or slowly, but so far so good.I'm certain there are nicer, fancier options out there, but for what I needed (and for my Covid-budget), this is a good value and comfortable product.

Fits ATH M50 headphones, after removing all original headband cushion material.
I bought this cushion pad to replace the cushion on a pair of ATH M50 headphones that were suffering from a case of dandruff. The leatherette material from the original head band was flaking badly, to the point that I was no longer using the headphones. In order to get this cushion pad to fit, I had to completely remove all of the original foam material from the headband of the ATH M50s. Most of it pulled away cleanly, but I had to do a bit of scraping with a credit card to remove bits of foam that were glued on well. After removing all of the original foam from the headband, the cushion pad fits, but the fit is very tight, and does not look very professional. Also, one of the snaps broke (the top half of one side fell off), but I was able to fix that with a drop of super glue. On the plus side, this produce is inexpensive, and solves an annoying problem with the M50 headphones. So, it's not a one-step process, and this cushion pad is not large enough in diameter to wrap around the existing headband cushion of ATH M50 headphones, but I'm giving this product 4 stars because it will fit the M50s, and once installed, it is extremely comfortable.

Headphones Are So Much More Comfortable Now!
I use the Sony MDR-ZX310AP/R ZX Series headphones, https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00IKYI2J4/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1 There is no padding at all on the head band and after a while it was creating a pressure point on the top of my head. I solved this by folding a washcloth and putting it on top of my head before putting on the headphones. NOT a good look! This snap on cushion works perfectly and now I can wear my headphones in public if I want. To me it was well worth the price!

Worked for my Jabra Evolve 75
My new headset was leaving an uncomfortable dent in the top of my head. So, I found this and it works great. I do have to have it a little off-center to allow free movement of my headset mouthpiece. Very comfortable and easy to put on. It's a bit bulky so I do look like I'm landing a small plane on Zoom calls.

My brother or sister, don't bother with this replacement.
Main negatives:-Product rapidly fell apart in less than a year.-Padding is insufficient.-Incorrect design compared to the original part. This pad is cheap and it rapid reveals itself to be so. Most Beyerdynamic headphones use the pad to constrain the metal slides of each earphone. The metal slide is the extendible portion of the headphones that allows for multiple cranium sizes. This pad does not constrain the metal slides so within a short period of wearing the headphones you will notice increased pressure where the metal slide is being pressed against the skull. Even a short time of this pressure will leave you with some serious scalp tenderness and likely a headache. If you examine the actual Beyerdynamic headband pad you will notice the very thick plastic, this is what normally helps constrain and buffer pressure from the metal slides. This replacement pad is thinner and far too elastic by comparison. The pad faux material covering began to deteriorate in less than a month even with regular cleaning and proper care of the headphones.Installation was not difficult, but it is also somewhat of a poor fit on my DT770.Just get the official replacement as it lasts far longer than this.

Comfortable and added height
My headset for work pressed on my jaw. I didn't feel it, but I felt the effects because it aggravated my TMJ issue. After wearing it for more than an hour, my jaw felt tight and popped. I needed something to life the headset up so it sat higher on my ears and not on my jaw; this does the job! The cushion is decently thick but not huge.

Review based on MP 8323
I bought this to increase the comfort of the Monoprice 8323 headband, which after a while would feel like it was digging into my will to live. When I received this headband, I was excited to have a replacement that would be a more permanent solution as I was using this: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B01G4TWZC6/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o08_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 stuffed with some pillow stuffing to make them more comfortable. When I put this on, I was very disappointed because there was no discernible difference that I could notice from the stock headband. After a little troubleshooting, I came to the conclusion that the reason for this is probably because this headband is stretched very tightly over the stock so it leaves little in the way of padding. To fix the issue, I removed the stock padding by simply tugging gently on it (it's just taped in place). I then put this headband back on and while the experience was a little better, it still was not as comfortable as I would have liked. I would not be able to live with it on my noodle for hours, so I thought, "Well, I have the original padding out. What if I stick this to the underside of this headband? Would it be more comfortable?" The answer to that question is yes. It is much, much more comfortable this way. So I am leaving this as my solution and putting my headband cover back on: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B01G4TWZC6/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o08_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1tl;dr: Take original padding off. Put this headband on. Stick original padding on it. Put this over the whole thing: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B01G4TWZC6/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o08_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Worked good on Shure SRH-840
Worked well to replace the peeling and crumbling one on my Shure SRH-840 set. More comfortable and less weight! Material is fairly soft to the touch.
