Men's wear fashion illustration resource book: Figure drawing templates with fashion design sketches (pencil drawing techniques) (Fashion Croquis Books)

I've had the pleasure of learning about fashion flats and illustrations firsthand under the tutelage of the author, Irina Ivanova, and indirectly the designer, Andre Milman. This book series reflects their concise understanding and expertise in fashion design. They know the language in which industry professionals communicate, they know basic principles that are used throughout fashion and art, and they know how to breakdown this information and make it easily digestible to beginners. This book series (I currently own all three books) covers a wide range of best practices and fundamental rules that, when applied, will greatly enhance your skillset. I’ve completed freelance design work for several companies and I always find myself constantly referring back to these books. I would highly recommend any of Ivanova products, specifically this book series, to anyone aspiring to be a designer at any level.

Bought this for my son. He draws really well and wants to get into fashion college when he graduates. Love this book for him. He practices his skills.

I love that there is a book to help and show how to draw male croquis! I was never that good at menswear design, haveing a took like this in my arsinal is such a great find!

Schon lange war ich auf der Suche nach Figurinen für Herrenmode. Ich dachte, dass ich mit diesem Buch endlich fündig geworden wäre. Leider sind die Zeichnungen/Vorlagen von sehr schlechter Qualität. Die Figurinen sind handgezeichnet und eingescannt. Die Künstlerin hat einen sehr eigenen Stil sowohl in der Strichführung als auch in den Posen und Ausarbeitung der Figurinen. Für meine Zwecke leider nicht zu gebrauchen.
