Very comfortable. I did have to use a better adhesive method that I can just move from shoe to.

These little things are GREAT! I have a condition where my feet swell and crack making them EXTREMELY painful when walking. All of the others I have tried lift my foot too much causing the top of the shoe to be too tight. These are just for the heel and they are GREAT!!

These did not provide the level of comfort I was looking for.

I bought these to go in my cute but flat sandals. They work great. I no longer have to pass up the cute flat sandals in the store

Not only did these not help, but made my feet even more uncomfortable. The surface area they cover was not wide enough for my heel/shoe, and I have narrow feet.

I like it overal, they are soft and pretty sticky, worth buying them.
