Easily fit into my shoe and are very comfortable. Easy to apply and stay on well. My shoes were older and worn down on the inside and these are exactly what I needed to fix them back up! Great value for the money and hold up well.

These solved the problem of my slides moving my foot up to the top of the shoe. Now my feet stay in place. How wonderful! These are transparent and look like just part of the shoe. I'm buying more from this manufacturer. The quality is good and the stickiness of the adhesive is perfect. My 80 year old mother also got a pair for her heels to wear at a wedding...keeps her feet from slipping, which keeps her from possibly falling. I can't say enough good things about this product!

I added these to a pair of fancy heeled sandals that had very little padding and have since worn them several times for special occasions.The pros:- They're just about "invisible" even when wearing strappy sandals.- They add substantial padding and made my sandals much more comfortable to wear.The cons:- My weight in the shoes keeps them in place, but each time I wear these sandals I need to press the foot petals back down before putting the shoes on as the product starts to detach a bit.- The added bulk is something to be aware of if you have a wide or fuller foot. I tested these in a different pair of shoes I was considering (without taking off the protective film) and they made the shoes uncomfortably tight.

I have a pair of slides that need more padding in the footbed, especially beneath the heel, so I bought these. Unfortunately, they don't add much cushioning at all. Also, the adhesive on the bottom is a narrow strip down the middle that doesn't go to either end, but stops about two inches short. This causes the front of the insert to lift up whenever I take the shoe off, and also when I'm walking. Very annoying. I don't recommend these.

I bought these inserts hoping to stop my new sandals from making a squeezing/ suction sound with every step. I had tried powder, tightening. Reviews said others were successful in stopping the sound with these inserts. At first I thought it was working but the sound came back after a few minutes of walking. I decided to readjust the inserts to a different position in the shoe and this time the noise stopped. I have yet to wear the sandals out so I m hoping those insoles keep doing their job!UPDATE: Recently wore them all day. No Squeeking! YAY!

Wish they were a little longer and more beige in color.

It was an ok product but would be better if there was a sticky bottom of it so it sticks to the shoe
