Bought this as a joke, but it actually works.
Went to an event where we were supposed to wear funny weather gear. This fit the bill and was cheap. Planned to throw it away after use, but put it in the glovebox.

Incredible gift - exceeded expectations by far. When mother nature sneaks up on you, this product has your back. The ring around the shoulder area lightens the load of the storm as it wraps around you. The hood keeps your neck and ears dry from the impending moister thats on its way. The unwanted nuzzling of the environment is reduced to comfortable levels. my only complaint is you cant put it on fast enough.

I bought this as a joke for a coworker who works outside and complains of the rain. He looks as silly in it as I was hoping. I'm not sure if it will really work in the rain or if he will wear it in the rain, looks like it would tho

Once you open it you can’t fold it back without destroying the rim of the top
It’s a great idea and I thought they were really cute however I thought they would be more collapsible once you open them you can’t just cfold them back together again

This is both hilarious and useful.
It fits most sized heads and delivers on the promise of hands free protection from rain, albeit the direction of rainfall is an important factor for staying dry.

Lifesaver at Rainy Pokemon Go Fest
Got this with overnight delivery because rain was predicted for Pokemon Go Fest. It was a monsoon and I lost count of how many people said they wished they had one. The overhang kept my phone dry while I played. I wore a rain poncho under this and stayed nice and dry.

I got this for my grandson he likes to go out in the rain and and splash around works pretty well wind can get to it though

Fits adults too. Hat is too short doesn't cover face
Love the concept but the bill needs to extend more. Great rain protection otherwise!!
