Great fit on my 2012 Ford Focus
I purchased this not so much to protect my fuel from left but more to stop car wash water from getting into my fuel tank. During automatic car washes the fuel door opens which could and I believe did allow some water into my tank because it’s designed without a cap.

Gas cap does not fit 2009 F150
The plastic part that slides when you turn the key is supposed to latch under the lip of the gas inlet. It does not. It's slightly too short which causes the plastic to hit the side of the gas inlet (instead of under it) and causes just enough of a friction fit to hold the cap in place to remove the key. You can easy pop the gas cap off by putting your finger nail under the gas cap and lifting up.
