Solitary: The Inside Story of Supermax Isolation and How We Hardcover – 5 September 2017

This book was rough to read. It is very emotional and there are times I had to put the book down for a moment. It really details horrible things that go on inside of prisons/solitary confinement. The chapters are outlined so you know exactly what you're about to read. The book details sexual assault, self mutilation, extreme violence, extreme maltreatment, and mental health so be prepared.

This was a very good read. Purchased for a class assignment I normally would. Or have read this, however it is informative with an agenda.
