I purchased these light wrist weights in the hope that they would sit easily around my wrists when I am bouncing on my rebounder and doing arm moves. I am really pleased with them. They don't have straps ‐ you just slip them on - so there is no struggle to take them on and off. Also if you do want to use them as soft hand weights they are just as easy to hold and very comfortable. I get sore cracked hands so any friction or hard surface causes issues. I've used lots of different wrist weights in the past but these are now a definite favourite and an easy and comfortable way to tone my arms.

You don't really realsie how heavy these are until your walking / running with them, good added weight and super soft.The product description states you can carry change in the pocket, to be honest the pocket is very small and slim with no way of securing any money you may out iin there. I would say it's probably as wide as a £coin, personally i wouldn't put any change or notes in the pocket. It also states you can attach your keys to the key fob area, you would need a thin key fob to fit onto the tag it's probably about a cm in width and then your key would be banging against your thum or hand depending on how your holding the weights, thats why i dropped 1 star off the review.I have quite big hands for a woman, not huge but big hands and i feel the band is a little tight, i don't think a man with larger hands than mine would find these very uncomfortable.i like the reflective part on these for when i'm out and about, great running and walking really helps you burn off those extra calories.

The media could not be loaded. I got this for rehab of an elbow injury and it's perfect for my needs. Very happy I got to try this and I think it's going to be very helpful to me. See the video as I think it explains things better. Just want to add that if you need it for exercise as opposed to gentle rehab I would get the 1kg.

These hand weights are comfortable - they fit the hand nicely and the strap gives a sense of security as it loops around the hand. I would have liked to be able to adjust the strap to make them more secure but this is not an option.Weights include a hidden pocket for storing some cash and a key loop.Weights also have reflective stripes for when using at night as an added safety feature.I have been using these whilst running and also whilst doing other cardio work outs (jacks, knee taps, shoulder taps) and find them to be very useful to up my workout in place of the lower weight dumbbells.Good quality all around everything secure and seems strong - would recommend

I like these weights because they are the perfect weight for many exercises including pilates which I do on a regular basis. I have quite small hands and they are a bit big for my hands but still work for me. They also have little pockets for some cash and each one of the weights has a loop that allows you to attach your keys.The way they slip easily over each hand makes them extremely easy to use. They don't slip away if your hands are sweaty. These weights are extremely comfortable and soft to grip. The only thing that needs improvement is the strap handle that goes over the top of your hand, it needs to be adjustable for a little more security and for people with smaller hands.You’d be surprised how effective adding 1lb in each hand can be for a 20 or 30-minute workout. I recommend these comfortable hand weights for advancing in your workouts or just for walking. Good luck with your fitness goals. Believe in yourself. You can do it!

I bought these weights for my dad so that he could add some resistance while walking. As an older adult, heavier weights might have thrown him a little off balance. These 1lb weights were exactly what he needed to help increase his workout effort just enough so that it wouldn't be uncomfortable. He's in his late 80s and very thin so we didn't want to get anything too heavy. He enjoys using these every day on his walks...at least that is what he tells us. :)

Dieses wirklich sehr tolle zusätzliche Trainingsgewicht was man sich um die Arme oder Beine legen kann ist wirklich hochwertig verarbeitet und auch die Qualität und die Haltbarkeit ist hier wirklich langzeitgegeben ich bin wirklich wirklich sehr zufrieden so kann man sich immer auch steigern beim Training und muss nicht immer direkt mehrere Gewicht auf die Handel oder sonst irgendwas tun sondern hier hat man die quasi direkt in den Händen und wenn man sie hat mir das merkt man auch richtig und ich bin wirklich wie gesagt sehr zufrieden auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnisse akzeptabel und deswegen kann ich diesen Artikel nur empfehlen

Die Handgelenk Hanteln wurden gut verpackt, auch wenn das Packet leicht Kaputt bei mit ankam. Aber es war nichts beschädigt, es fehlte nichts und es konnte auch bei dem Versand passiert sein.Ich habe vor ca 2 Wochen mit Sport begonnen und bin somit eher noch Anfängerin und die Hanteln wollte ich nur für meine Handgelenke, aber sie ließen sich auch sehr gut auf die Handgelenke ziehen. Dazu muss ich aber sagen, dass ich allgemein eher klein bin und daher auch kleinere Hände habe. Sie sitzen sehr gut und angenehm. Das Gewicht merkt man gleich. Für mich fühlte es sich auch etwas schwerer an als sie eigentlich sein sollen, aber mich stört das nicht. Mit den Gewichten kann man sehr gut Sport machen ohne das sie stören oder unangenehm sind. Ich bin definitiv zufrieden!

ゴム式になっていてワンタッチで装着出来るのかとても楽で良いと思います。マジックテープのものも持っていますがどうしてもバリバリと剥がしたり閉めたりといった一手間がかかってしまうのですがこちらは着けたいと思った時にサッとはめることができ結果的に装着率が高くなっています。また大きな筋肉を作りたいわけではないのでこれくらいの軽い負荷をかけれるのかとても良いですね。
