As a proud pool owner, I’m always on the lookout for enhancements to elevate the overall pool experience. The Longrun Waterfall Spillway caught my attention with its sleek stainless steel body and promise of a stunning waterfall effect. So I decided to give it a go, and here's how it turned out.A Sight for Sore EyesRight out of the box, the Longrun Waterfall Spillway stands out with its glossy stainless steel body. It's a fantastic addition to your pool design, especially with the built-in LED lights reflecting off of it. The way the light hits the water and then the metal – it's simply breathtaking!Ingenious Water Supply MethodsWhat impressed me further was the dual water supply options offered by this waterfall spillway. One path for the water is provided at the bottom, while the other is tucked behind an easily accessible hex bolt at the rear. As my pool doesn't have a built-in filling spout, these options have greatly simplified the process.I used a 3/4" garden hose adapter with a valve on the back inlet that enables me to connect a hose and fill the pool through the waterfall, creating a spectacular cascading effect. I plan to eventually make this setup permanent to avoid the need for attaching and detaching the garden hose.Stunning Nighttime DisplayThe true beauty of the Longrun Waterfall Spillway unveils when the sun sets. The powerful LED lights illuminate in multiple colors, producing a mesmerizing light show that reflects off the cascading water. Had to purchase special brushes on wire to clean algae. Other than that, it's lovely!

The included 3/4" piping is large enough diameter to give the waterfall full flow as shown in my video. I recommend you mount the waterfall to a plastic base (such as a trex decking) then glue the plastic base to your pool deck with liquid nails. That way you do not drill holes into your pool deck. The jet coming out of the waterfall is powerful, make sure you position the waterfall so it does not interfere with your pool circulation of water to the filter. The lights are nice and bright at night and the included remote control works from about 30ft away. The best part is the waterfall is 100% Acrylic and will never rust.

Connectors are not well attached to yhe base,and so it leaks. Had to use silicone and glue to make it work, sacrificing cosmetic. 100$ plus dollars for a piece of acrylic yunk. Stay away from this item and brand.

Terrible and so disappointed. First of its much smaller than it appears on the pictures.It leaks even with even with using all provided Teflon gasket etc. A plumber even helped me we could never stop the leak.The water got inside and now the LED don’t work anymore… all rusty and screwed up my pool nice wood frame … not worth a try total junk.I passed the return time of course so now I have to trash this piece of crap.
