Good player, misleading title.
The title is misleading. The only part that is 4k/UHD is it upscales 1080p discs. Other than that the player works great.I contacted the seller and they offered to send me a return shipping label and a full refund for the issue.I decided to keep the player since it works great and I can use it in another room.Giving it 2 stars as I see the product title is still not updated, otherwise the player works as it's capabilities are intended.

Plays movies, music, and streams well but slow on startup
Works great as a basic Blu-ray/DVD player and video streamer. We use Netflix, Hulu, Amazon video, and sometimes Pandora, all of which are accessible on this device. Hulu is not as easy to use on here as on the website with a computer but I don't know if that is the player's fault or the app that Hulu provides for devices. The only real issue I have is that it takes a long time to connect to the Internet. After I hit the power button, it takes 15-30 seconds before I can select Netflix, Hulu, etc. I don't know if other machines are faster but this long wait time irks me. The picture and sound quality is good for my family (I use surround sound and a 3 foot tall sub-woofer), but do not use 3D or upscaling so I can't comment on the highest level of picture quality.

My Own Fault
In a rush to grab anything, I wasn't paying attention that this player does not playback actual 4k discs. However, the quality of the blu rays it does play has been so enhanced that I really can't complain. The cost was decent as well.

A decent disc spinner.
These are nice units. I've had almost a couple months now an I'm happy with the purchase. It has a cheaper processor so you will notice some picketing on paralleled lines (think city buildings). I don't use the wi-fi portion so I can't comment on that. It runs quick and quiet, is reasonably cool to the touch. Initialzes quickly using Blurays.

I realize it was refurbished but the on/off button was taped on with scotch tape. Came off with one touch Come on now.

I’ve had two, they both failed within months. Will only play dvd now. Save your money and get a better one.

Great product
Good product but it wasn't what I expected. At the time I was looking for a player that could play 4k hdr disks on my 4k tv. So now I use it on the tv in my bedroom and it works great.
