Fixed my extension cord.
This was easy to use and works great for my heavy duty extension cord. I chose this for the flush mount wall plug. So it would be like the original plug. Good price and it looks amazing.

The plug was small and the cover did not fit on my 3-10 cord. it did not work for my plug replacement
