This book is such a mindset focused book with tips on how to create advocates for your business - ANY business. There’s these quick rewinds on each chapter that sum up the takeaways. 10/10 recommend!!

Look, I read a LOT of customer experience books. Heck, I've written two of them myself. If you think it's hard for your business to stand out, imagine how hard it is to stand out among hundreds of books on similar topics. Happily, Brittany has done it with her new book, Creating Superfans. First off, Brittany's background is SO compelling. She's worked with rockstars. She's been on Shark Tank. She has consulted with some top global brands. Brittany KNOWS her stuff, and her writing style is funny, approachable, and simple to consume. Did you notice that word SIMPLE? It's one of the core tenets of customer experience, and Brittany not only talks the talk, but walks the walk in this fantastic book. Finally, this book is BEAUTIFUL. It is an experience in and of itself. Most authors don't think through the experience of reading their book, but Brittany pays attention to ALL of the details.

Brittany hammers home in SO many meaningful and practical ways, that we are now permanently immersed in an experience economy!Like it or not, if you are providing a service of any kind - or if your product will require service to be provided with it on the front end, in the middle or after it's purchased (ok, that covers pretty close to ANYTHING that's utilized, purchased or consumed...period) - you are now going to be compared against every other wonderful service experience out there...not just those in your own industry.In this world, we are now forever competing for that "best" experience for our customer.
