This is not a cooling pillow. I bought the original Pillow Cube Pro pillow which I love. Once this was release I immediately bought it because I’m the summer I constantly flip the pillow to the cool side. I tried this “ice cube” pillow cube and in no way shape or form is it a cooling pillow. It’s just another pillow cube pro. That’s it. Save your money and get the non-“iced” pillow cube.

I love the pillow for about 2 days then the neck pain started. Now I am back to my old pillow. The price also makes this pillow a no go. I wish I could send it back.Update: After they company saw my review they sent me a message about how they would love to do something to make it right. So I asked for a refund or exchange to a different pillow. The company support then told me they could not do any thing since it had been over 30 days. Why even contact me if you are not going to do something to help. Do not waste your time or money on this company.

Pillow is large and provides firm but comfortable support to my neck. It is the thickest foam pillow I have seen. I was worried it would be too high, but have found it comfortable. I am a side sleeper and it has helped alleviate neck and should pain. Only down side is that it is easily confused for a cat bed. Luckily it is large enough to fit an average size adult house cat and a human head. Cushion is so good, cat is undisturbed when I switch sides.

I was so curious how this square shaped pillow would work, but to my surprise, it is absolutly amazing!! I am a big side sleeper and I have been falling asleep much faster using this pillow bc it provides the ultimate support and comfort. BUT....during my sleep, I will often roll on my back and when I'm laying on my back, this pillow is NOT COMFORTABLE. It's obvi meant to support side sleeping positions and not laying on your back or stomach, but often you end up in those positions out of your control. IDK how to combat the issue of when I roll over on my back, except for re-shifting on my side.

Overall, this pillow isn't worth the money. The foam itself feels very cheap, and any cooling is coming exclusively from the pillowcase. My face feels cool for about 30 seconds after putting it down on the pillow, then I'm sweating for the rest of the night.The pillowcase also pills like crazy. I washed it when I bought it like any sensible person was and was a bit baffled to see the instructions suggest washing the case once a year. The reality is that washing this pillowcase as frequently as you should will probably ruin it. Again, it pills like crazy, and I frequently wake up to find balls of white fabric that shed off this thing around my bed.The only positive thing I will say is that I was having difficulty finding a side-sleeping pillow with sufficient elevation, and this pillow is high enough. I was honestly starting to get neck pain trying to sleep on my compromise fill pillow. The relief I feel starts to make up for the fact that this pillow costs way too much for what it is and fails in multiple areas, but honestly, right now I feel like I'm going to be replacing this within a year. Uncomfortable poor quality sleep isn't worth it.
