Best bag thus far.
I used this only one time round trip but I love it. I love I don’t have to stuff my shoes in plastic bags no more, there’s a dedicated pocket for them. I can fit some of my camera equipment in here so it’s just the right length for some light stands and a mono pole light stand. There’s a nice top pocket for toiletries and bathroom essentials. The net is nice to squash down clothes if I’m going somewhere for an extended period of time an need more space. The sides don’t fall down on you while your packing which is a huge plus. I had this thing packed to the max and it still STOOD UP!! While I was pulling it through the airport and on asphalt it never got squirrelly and tipped over on me. The pulling handle is just the right length. I’m about 5’9”. There is grip handles all over this thing so throwing it in a truck was simple.Wheels are nice, smooth and quiet.I will say the zippers scared me a little only because of past reviews. I also got some nice TSA locks for it and every pocket has a TSA locking system on the zippers so you can lock all compartment. Also once you’re done packing there’s 2 cinch down straps that compact your bag even more that’s super handy so it’s even more compact when you’re finished packing.5 stars so far.It also looks like the airlines threw it around quite a bit even with fragile stickers all over it. An no tears or rips.

Great looking bag.
I was skeptical about purchasing this bag after reading some of the reviews about the zippers being hard or breaking, but I took the plunge. The zippers are hard, but because they are so rugged. They are well made and I put a lot of pressure on them. I found that if I aligned them when closing them, they worked much better. I rather have the ruggedness than wimpy zippers. I bought this bag for it's promise to be well made and I believe it is. The best part is how good looking it is. This bag is for men and women that need reliable, rugged, and good looking luggage. If you want dainty, this isn't it.

Great for rugged travel
Perfect for international travel. Size is great. Quality is awesome. We did much research before buying and this met all qualities we were searching for. This was thrown around for on and off of a bus for 2 weeks and it still looks brand new. Pricey but well workers the mo way spent. This luggage will last many years and it also has the best warranty of all brands we looked at

Worth every penny.
I just got back from another trip using this bag and after 3 years and a couple of continents, have to say it's one of the best travel bags I've ever had. It's been beaten without mercy by baggage handlers, airport runway gorillas and cabbies. It's now scuffed, soiled and smeared with grease from adventures in baggage land, yet somehow stays intact and fully functional. If it was stolen tomorrow, I'd buy the exact same thing as a replacement.

Great manufacturer just imperfect bag!
This is a great suitcase. I have had a Tamerac 22 for over 15 years and love it. I just needed a larger bag so I chose this one. It’s nice and roomy although I still like my old Tamarac model because the lid had two separate zippered compartments, the newer models do not. This suitcase is ok but the storm flaps over the zipper make it difficult to zip/unzip. The zipper is also very tight making it difficult, not very smooth. The small outside zipper compartments are good idea but almost impossible to get into again because of the tight zipper and flap. Eagle Creek is a terrific product but I think they need to go back to their older engineering for a truly functioning bag. Thinking of ordering me just a larger tamarac bag.

Yeah, it's big enough!
I bought this EC 2-wheel "trunk" for archery tournament travel. I don't like getting the little TSA calling cards in my archery case, so I pack my gear in this and it is PERFECT! I had a samsonite hard large suitcase, but the area around the wheels started to give way, requiring taping and I know that it will just keep on deteriorating, so I found this, and I am so happy! I also know EAGLE CREEK is quality gear, and it is built to last.

Very well made duffle but a little small
This bag was highly rated and I agree that it is very well made. Lots of pockets, strong straps, buckles, and zippers. The only disappointment for me was the relatively small size; only 97 liters of storage. It's great for short trips but with long trips I need more room. My 30" Delsey has 118 liters of space so I usually take that bag even though I would prefer to take a duffle.

The best luggage I've ever had
The best luggage I've ever had. I had the 36" and it's a little too big for me. I work as a Pipeline Surveyor and I'm gone for a month or so at a time working. This luggage is the perfect size for my boots, work gear and personal gear. I carry this and one small bag with me and it's a perfect combination. Yes, it's not cheap but it's also built to last for someone that travels a lot. I'm flying atleast twice a month and it's held up for the nine months I've had it so far.

INITIAL dissapointment turned good.
Hmmmm, first off i thought this looks cheap, flimsy and thin!NOTHING like in the ad.The functionality seemed good but zippers are not really top quality, not good enough looking for this SUPPOSEDLY uber top quality bag and a pain to get to and very stiff, gotta say I was disappointed to start.......,Then I took it home and packed it up and played with it a lot,my attitude quickly changed.................,First off:The Bag size is a perfect size , 98l x 30inch, a GREAT height / depth bag for a hearty snow sports mega enthusiast that uses a car and a train more than a plane ( but who can/will anymore!?) the boot compartment holds both snowboard and ski boots perfectly and the material doesn't look like it will break by looking at it, the " stuff pocket "" at the top is BIG and fits anything u cud need (SEMI!!!!!)quick access to , phone, sml lap top, ipad , book kindle AND a toiletry bag . its great BUT is a bit finicky to access bec, the zip is under a protection flap , so its not super quick access at all , ( hoping this is just bec. the bag is new and stiff) .The compression strap inside the main bag that can be moved to cinch outside gear is a good idea but seems paper thin and flimsy, hoping the material stand up bec lashing a pair of sorells to the bag ontop ofski boots might prove be more than a good test, it also takes a bit to get it lashed on as the loops are tiny and again paper thin, this needs addressing!!!!!Handle is excellent and slides in out well and seems good quality, the helmet strap leash is pretty shiiiit really that cud be much better with a wider elastic strap and that mesh pouch it came in cud so easily have been a keys, wallet , phone holder, they missed a big super quick access opportunity here and the majorty of the reason that leash is there will be for jackets , esp. multiple jackets for the kids "daddy hold this pls, im hot!" for instance!!!!!!! , this as it is , wont do that well, they shudda made it better, , I will re do this with a better elastic strap. It grew on me pretty quickly, the design , I don't think really can be beaten by whats out there from what I looked at, , with a cpl of tiny alterations this bag wud be totally unbeatable but it pretty much is as it is now.yea , as long as it holds up of course I don't think ill be buying a different one again.
