My girlfriend ordered this as an attempt to cut down on waste, which I'm all for. I've never really liked the foaming soap, but I agree with the sentiment, so I went with it. We've had it nearly a year and it has been fairly reliable and easy to maintain.However, the real reason I'm giving it 5 stars is because of the customer service. After 11 months (their warranty is 100 days) the pump finally gave out. It became really difficult to press resulting in very watery foam being dispensed. I reached out to their customer service team and not only did they get back to me quickly, but sent along a replacement pump for free! Would recommend.

I particularly love the fragrance with bergamot. It is such a refreshing scent! The glass bottles are very attractive. It just makes sense!

I have been using Blueland for a "bottle" of time now. It has consistently cleaned my hands well. The bottle is heavy glass, so I have put it in the corner where it can't be knocked to the floor. I like the foam that the bottle creates - it's both thick and sudsy. I have found that it also cleans my glasses well, better than Dawn dish liquid which is what I have used in the past. One thing I have noticed is that the foam is rather drying to my skin, but adding lotion after drying seems to have taken care of that issue. I have been looking for a hand-body soap company, and I suppose I have found it!Way to go, Blueland! You're product is both effective and earth-friendy. In the past, I have come across either one or the other, but you have covered both!

It hasn't even been 4 months and the dispenser stopped working. It's not a complicated apparatus and I took it out, checked the tube, etc. and all is well. I live solo so it's just me using it, definitely not being rough with it or anything. Of course, there's no replacement nozzle product from Blueland, you have to spend at least $20 to replace the whole kit. The soap itself is good, I love that I'm not wasting plastic, and refills are inexpensive. Overall, wonderful product but that nozzle should last much longer! I'll write to them to see if they will offer a replacement... Will update this review if so.

We’ve been using our bottle and refills for a few months now, and I really love the fact that there is little waste. The soap smells great and feels fine. However, after the first few weeks of using the bottle, the pump stays stuck in the down position until I pull it back up. It doesn’t return to the up position on its own. I’ve tried taking it apart and cleaning it, but it doesn’t help. I’ve now seen several people saying this in their reviews. It is nice that the company offers to replace the pump/bottle, but then what is the point of a reusable bottle that needs to be replaced all of the time because it doesn’t work?

The scent is pleasant and that is about the only good thing I can say. One push on the pump delivers a watery squirt. Two pushes deliver almost enough to wash my hands. Blueland sent a replacement pump but still no foam. I so wanted to love this product but alas…

The product foams but not as much as depicted in the picture. You instead get a foamy water. But the product smells great, cleans well, and leaves skinny smooth.

I don’t like this hand soap unfortunately. It might be environmentally friendly but… my hands don’t feel clean at all. If you are working with any type of meat and go to wash the grease off it doesn’t work.. it really just feels like you are washing with water and the foam is just decorative 🤷🏻‍♀️ super disappointed because I truly love this company and use all their other products
