This book is awesome and was in excellent condition.

I have yet to see the all inclusive sewing book. Most likely because of size, need a crain to pick it up. I gave this book a 4 star because there were missing details because of logic, how detailed is too detailed ? Just learning to Sew ? This is a great book. Want more Detail - Pick a book that zeros in on exactly you want to know. In other words Buy This Book First.

Not as helpful as other similar books on my shelf. I will probably pass this along to the local library.

Did not get the first one. It was stolen. However, I re-ordered it and gave it to a friend who has just started sewing. She loves it.

Book is in excellent condition for a used book. Being a sewer for 40+ years, amatuer and proffessional, there's always more to learn. I bought this for my neice who is new to sewing, I was so impressed I bought one for myself. this book has very clear descriptions and pictures, very informative, very happy with purchase.

The book was in poor shape when it arrived. Cruddy and the cover was torn. It was readable though

I bought this book for my Wife as a present after she saw it in a shop in London and she has said it is a very informative book and it has a lot of interesting comment also it is extremely helpful to either a beginner or for the advanced person who is intersted in Sewing using a sewing machine, and it gets ten out of ten.Mr A Wright

Perfect for teaching yourself how to do the simplest and most complicated sewing, perfect for beginners and even advanced sewers. Very pleased with it.

A good all rounder for sewing but for me too much on household items and not enough on dressmaking/tailoring.
