Julia CookWell, I Can Top That (Communicate with Confidence)

I really like this book. My first grader has been going through this and the story helped him understand that instead of being a one upper he needs to be a pull upper. It helped put this in a context he understood. I bought a lot of Julia Cook’s book from a recommendation of a friend who is a social worker. My kids and I love them!

Cook has a way of communicating clearly and with empathy for a child's perspective. This is a must have parenting tool that the kids like as they learn.

This book is a wonderful illustration about one-upping and how we should be kind to each other. If you are having trouble with bragging, i highly recommend it.

Great book. Words are all over the place so my son has so search the page to find the next sentence.

Very easy to read, and written so any little one could relate and understand!

Julia Cook is an amazing author. All of her books are an asset to any parent, teacher, Occupational Therapist and pediatric therapist's collection. They are easy to read and have great "rhymes" and descriptions which relate to the kids. I highly recommend ALL of her products!

Julia Cook is one of my favorite authors. Great for my class lessons as a school counselor. The humor holds student's attention while teaching a great message!

Excellent book to teach importance of friendship and social etiquette

Great story that my six year old can completely relate too. He is so competitive, and i'm glad a story came a long to teach about this and how his attitude is problematic and unnecessary.
