It’s works but when I use the volume or power button it lifts the screen protector:/

I bought this as it appears to be the only magsafe case for an iPhone 13 pro with a crossbody strap available in Australia, whether on Amazon or anywhere else.I need it for work, I use my phone as a camera and need it accessible at all times but keeping my hands free unless using it, and I need magsafe.The strap is good quality. It's wide to spread the load / distribute the weight and is comfortable, is adjustable to a very long length (the stopgap predecessor I bought was way too short), and easy to attach and detach from the case as needed. Although it does leave a few centimetres of trailing cord on the case, but it's a pretty ingenious design.The Amazon AU listing doesn't feature much info about the strap, the Amazon US one here does: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09Z1YJ93M (no idea why they don't just include that info on the Australian page).So far so good. So why the one star?Because I've just paid $35 for a strap. The case itself is useless.The listing says: "We have designed this magnetic case for iPhone 13 Pro with precise cutouts for buttons, port & speakers for natural responsiveness" and "Your iPhone 13 Pro will be extra protected with the innovative air bumper corners. Each corner has air pockets to cushion any impact."Well what you didn't design it with was any protection for the camera lenses. There is no lip around the cutout for the lenses. This means they stick right out. Even my six-dollar temporary kmart case managed to get this right. In the photos, that's the green silicone case, where you can clearly see the raised lip.The only reason I didn't send it back for a refund as not fit for purpose is that I can't find any other similar strap. Kmart also do a ten dollar clear magsafe case, which conveniently has holes where I can attach this strap - see the last photo. So I'll be taking the strap off this Toru case, attaching it to that case, and throwing this Toru case in the bin where it belongs.Which means I've paid $35 just for a strap.Don't buy this case, it's rubbish.
