Ordered this for daughter's pool ID. The case portion is plastic and seems sturdy enough. I'd prefer if it was a pliable material, like brand name lanyards, but we'll see how it holds up. The ID slides into the case from the top. She uses the lanyard portion to tie it to her swim backpack.

this came really fast, not just that but the quality is good, the card holding part is hard plastic and durable. at first I couldn’t open it but you need to open it from the sides and then slide it in to close it. I love it :))
