I ordered this for traveling. It works quite well easy to hide.

I intended to keep this jewelry box for my smaller, delicate higher price jewelry sets. It’s easy to hide or use for travel. I could easily put it in my purse or luggage. I could comfortably fit 10 necklaces, 14 rings, dozens of smaller earrings (hoops, studs, etc), and brackets (including a cuff). I could probably manage to fit more if needed. The box is constructed of pleather and a nice velvet texture interior. I’m very pleased with this product!
