I brought one of these as saw something on the Internet and I was intrigued. I absolutely love mine, it gets in the gaps you can't and leaves teeth feeling really clean. It comes with multiple changeable heads/tools for different uses and affects. Highly recommend

The tip broke off after dropping but got it to work
Giving 5 stars because i really enjoy using the product and helps since I have a wisdom tooth at a strange angle. The tip did break off after I dropped it but after an email from the company with a video showing how to get it out, it worked! so now I can continue using it! I've only charged it once and have used it for several days now so I think the battery is sufficient for its use

Best of the water picks.
After 2 previous water picks, with not great water pressure, and both failing within a year, this one seems far better, and I can recommend .The pressure is separately controlled by a dedicated button, rather than hit and miss of holding a button.,The tank is larger and the amount of use between charge is excellent. I write this review after a few weeks of using. So again I can recommend.,

I had This item no problem , at all then stop working , electric problem . I contact the company , first they said need wait for Amazon reply about the item , after they said they can replace for new , after nothing arrive I email again the answer was if I want I can have my money back , nothing I email again after Christmas, no answer , recently probably the 4/5 email I ask for have when receive my money back , they said we go send soon is possible . Nothing yet . Basically very bad management not happy don’t by nothing more from this company !

Brilliant device very powerful didn’t think it would work but it is excellent .just make sure you switch it on when it in your mouth or you will get water jetting all over lol
