Q: what is the difference between 540mg and 40mg? which should I buy?

The 40 mg is the one to use. It is an extract which is stronger than the regular cohosh even tho it’s 540 mg. Give the 40 mg extract a chance to work at least 30 days. My dr recommended it and it helped so much with menopause symptoms

Q: How long before you start noticing results?

I noticed a tremendous change after the first bottle/ month I couldn’t take hormone supplements so my gynecologist recommended black cohosh extract 40 mg it truly helped!

Q: What is the Expiration date ?

I just ordered a couple bottles and the expiration date is 05/35. So it’s just over 2 years.

Q: Where is this manufactured?

Bottle says distributed by GNC in Pittsburgh, but I couldn’t find any manufacturing location.
